Assortment Monday

This is a post. It has a few things. Nothing is particularly important.

Weatherman

It hasn’t been raining as frequently as in the last week. I only remember raining in the middle of the night in the past few days. Otherwise, it’s been very warm.

Though it poured cats and dinosaurs yesterday.

I hope the weather stabilises. I’m going to the zoo on Thursday. (Did i tell you that?) It would be awful if it rained, though I’m sure you’ve already figured that out.

One time I went to the zoo and it rained like crazy. Record-breaking rain for Singapore, in fact. They stashed the tigers somewhere and I thought that they had all drowned. ):

Presentable

I think I have a few ideas for those presents I was going to buy. Well, I’m still going to buy them. Past tenses are maybe confusing. Sometimes.

Great Singapore Sale

Oh, joy. The Great Singapore Sale is approaching. Just in time for my present spree. I have to put a leash on my other expenditure, however, though I’m sure a Faulkner or two won’t be too much to complain about.

Why

Speaking of whom, I have no William Faulkner on my shelf. Why. Why? This must be rectified swiftly.

Old Man

I remember wanting some other book. something simple. Some novel. Some simple novel. Darn. I can’t remember what it is anymore. I thought of it momentarily in the afternoon and seemed to say to myself, Oh I won’t forget that. And I did.

Animals

I want to see the lions again. At the zoo, I mean. The tigers are okay. The lions are very magnificent there. I don’t know why.

I also want to see tapirs. I think the zoo has no tapirs. I could be wrong.

WWDC

Is coming. Like, in a few hours, I believe. I’m not a Mac person (I only have an iPod), but somehow I always like to tag along and read all the news. Then I feel guilty and ask myself, Why am I doing this? And then there is no answer, except maybe imaginary Steve Jobs laughter.

Clearing Photos

I’m trying to go through the photography books that I’ve got waiting for me. I’m starting with a Lewis Carroll book. He was quite a remarkable photographer.

Wow, did I just make 400 words out of short sentences about unimportant things? Better quit before it’s too late.
